Congressman Kline's district sends considerably more tax money to Washington than comes back to the district. Call it a Robin Hood District. Now if only Kline would work to allocate the money to the poor people that need it, instead of channeling it to 'National Security' interests that spend it outside of the borders of our United States of America.
