Congressional staff salaries shown are the amount paid in the period shown. They are not annual salaries. I am reading and writing every week on the website. This President however, by blocking investigations into the criminal acts of the Bush Admin is compacent and a part of that crimiality at this point. We know law and constitutional laws have been broken. We are a nation of laws that MUST be upheld AT ALL COSTS, even in a depression and other heavy issues. No excuse whatsoever. And America KNOWS these are NOT "policy issues" the president would like manipulate us to believe. Bush and cronies MUST be held to account. Waiting for the economy to perk up, in hopes of diverting the citizenry's attention, will NO longer work, as the practice is part of the same "'ol Washington tricks and habits" that Obama promised to change. Also - the billions funneled into the illegal Bush Faith Based Programs needs to be rerouted to a Universal Healthcare plan. This is one of the "wasteful" programs Obama PROMISED would end of be adjusted. It has been challenged in our courtrooms since its inception. Lies, scams, hundreds of thousand of new so called faith based TAX Free business's. False reporting, mistakes and loss...UNBELIEVABLE. Americans DO NOT want to wait to see when the Supreme Copurt gets involved only to rule the program is a violation of Separation Between Church and State. NO MORE LOSS caused by Big Religious Plans/Business! End it now! The "good" churches and people WILL GO BACK TO THEIR BUDGETS AND HELPING IN THEIR COMMUNITIES AS THEY CAN, AND AS THEY HAVE DONE FOR EONS OF TIME! No Amnesty of illegals - stop! We have laws that this president along with other lawmakers continue to ignore. And STOP bailing out the rip off Corp's that Congress married 35 years ago - Congress IS responsible for the mess and ALLOWANCE of greed!!! Cindy Centralia, WA 98531
