  A former Senate Appropriations Committee staffer has moved into lobbying, and hit the ground running with at least a dozen clients.
    
  Sara Love Rawlings left the Hill in March and joined Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz PC where she is lobbying on behalf of health clients. Her initial batch of lobbying registrations shows she's been working on behalf of 12 clients, including two Mississippi hospitals. While she was a committee staffer, Rawlings worked with former ranking member Sen. Thad Cochran (R-Miss.).
