      Agreements: Pursuant to a contractual obligation between Principle Strategies Group and U. of Southern MS Foundation, PSG sought to end all contractual obligations effective August 2005. Unable to do so by December 2005, talks moved into 2006 and were completed in February 2006. This arrangement was noted on previous disclosure forms and should be again noted as bona fide compensation for services entered prior to Senate employment. This arrangement was made in conjunction with Senate Rule 37. PSG has now been fully compensated and this matter should be considered closed.
