Our valued LegiStorm Pro annual subscribers can get the most out of our contact list downloads. However, non-subscribers can build simple lists on our Congressional Contact Lists page based on such criteria as employing member or office, state delegation, issue area covered or role 
served in an office. Pricing is based on number of downloaded contacts. The bigger the list, the lower the per-record cost. Our minimum order is $30.
