Disbursements by the House and the Senate have long been made public but until now, they have been hidden away in thick books shelved in the House and Senate reading rooms or in dusty federal repository libraries. For the first time, we have taken tens of thousands of pages and digitized them with the best commercially available Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software so that they are fully searchable. Subscribers have the option of searching across all expenses or simply downloading the official record for each member of Congress or congressional office that they are interested in.
