Rep. Judy Biggert (R-Ill.) brought an old aide back through the revolving door to be her acting legislative director this month.

Griffin Foster, a former legislative assistant for the congresswoman, left Biggert's office in 2010 to lobby on behalf of the State of Indiana and Indiana Univeristy Health. Indiana politics must not have been too much of an adjustment for Foster since Biggert's district, Illinois's 13th, nearly borders the Hoosier State. Foster had been with Biggert since the summer of 2007, fresh off his graduation from college.
