An aide to Sen. Arlen Specter (D-Pa.) has registered as a federal lobbyist for the first time, signing on a Pennsylvania respite care provider as a client to become the latest lobbyist to travel through Congress's revolving door.

Adrienne Baker Green served as executive director and legal counsel to the party-switching senator until he left office last year. She is working for Tri State Strategies Pennsylvania on behalf of client Tri County Respite Inc.
