Quarterly lobbying filings show a steady flow of people moving through the revolving door from Capitol Hill to K Street, but at least one staffer made the opposite trip.

Sam Hewitt joined the office of Rep. Allyson Schwartz (D-Pa.) this month as a legislative assistant. Previously, he had briefly been a registered lobbyist as the manager of political affairs for the American Academy of Dermatology Association.

According to the association's lobbying filings, Hewitt first lobbied in the fourth quarter of 2011.
