Former Rep. Baron Hill (D-Ind.) has worked for APCO Worldwide since shortly after he left Congress in 2011, but has only now officially moved through the revolving door as a registered lobbyist.
Hill registered as a lobbyist working on behalf of the Depository Trust and Clearing Corp. According to the filing, he lobbied on issues relating to financial regulations.
Hill was prohibited by law from lobbying for one year after leaving Congress, a ban that ended on Jan. 3. He is the 385th former member of Congress that LegiStorm has identified as a registered lobbyist.
