A senior adviser to deceased Rep. Don Payne (D-N.J.) has left for a post with the dental lobby.

Amirah Salaam is showing off her smile with the American Dental Education Association where she is focusing on the Comprehensive Dental Reform Act of 2012, according to recently released lobbying filings. The Act aims to increase coverage of oral health procedures via Medicare, Medicaid and Veterans Administration health care. Salaam is the only person listed on the filing with quarterly expenses close to $84,000.

Salaam left Payne's former office, New Jersey's 10th district, in June.
