A legislative assistant to Rep. Larry Bucshon (R-Ind.) left Congress recently, taking refuge handling government relations at a trade association for underground utility construction interests, according to his LinkedIn profile.

Will Brown joined the National Utility Contractors Association this month after about a year and a half with Bucshon and nearly five years working in the House. Brown's old boss sits on the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, which helps regulate the construction industry.
