Summary:

The Advisory Council on Civil Rights (ACCR) published its annual report summarizing its major work in providing advice and guidance to GAO management in equal employment opportunity matters. ACCR addressed several issues, including: (1) GS-12 performance appraisals; (2) the job assignment process; (3) the affirmative action plan's hiring and promotion goals; (4) handicap evacuation plans in regional offices; and (5) the Upward Mobility program.
