Representatives, Mr. Weller notified the House that he had
been served with a subpoena issued by the U.S. District
Court for the Southern District of California for testimony
and that after consultation with the Office of General
Counsel, he had determined that compliance with the subpoena
is inconsistent with precedents and privileges of the House.
