The House received a communication from Evan Goitein, Legislative Director, Rep. John Doolittle. Pursuant to Rule VIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives, Mr. Goitein notified the House that he had been served with a grand jury subpoena for documents issued by the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and that after consultation with the Office of General Counsel, he would make the determination required by Rule VIII.

The House received a communication from Gordon Hinkle, Field Representative, Rep. John Doolittle. Pursuant to Rule VIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives, Mr. Hinkle notified the House that he had been served with a grand jury subpoena for documents issued by the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and that after consultation with the Office of General Counsel, he would make the determination required by Rule VIII.

The House received a communication from Martha L. Franco, Senior Exec. Assistant, Rep. John Doolittl e. The House received a communication from the Honorable John T. Doolittle. Pursuant to Rule VIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives, Mr. Doolittle notified the House that he had been served with a grand jury subponea by the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia for documents and that after consultation with the Office of General Counsel, he would make the determination required by Rule VIII.
