DEBATE - The House proceeded with 10 minutes of debate on the Blackburn motion to recommit with instructions. The instructions contained in the motion seek to report the same back to the House forthwith with the following amendments inserting a new subsection on approved identification to obtain a residential mortgage loan and technical corrections.
Mrs. Blackburn moved to recommit with instructions to Financial Services.
