Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she had received the following message from the Secretary of the Senate on December 18, 2007 at 11:42 p.m, stating that that body concurred in House amendment No. 2 to the Senate amendment to H.R. 2764, with an amendment; and that that body had concurred in House amendment No. 1 to the Senate amendment to H.R. 2764.
