Pursuant to Rule VIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives, Mr. Berry has been served with a civil subpoena, issued by the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, for documents and testimony and that after consultation with the Office of General Counsel, he has determined that compliance with the subpoena is consistent with the precedents and privileges of the House.
