The Speaker laid before the House a message from the President transmitting the Agreement Between the United States of America and Poland on Social Security - referred to the Committee on Ways and Means and ordered to be printed(H. Doc. 110-133).

The House received a communication from Nicole Sarabia Rivera. Pursuant to Rule VIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives, Ms. Rivera notified the House that she had been served with a civil trial subpoena for documents and testimony issued by the Small Claims Division of the San Francisco Superior Court and that after consultation with the Office of General Counsel, she had determined that compliance with the documentary aspect of the subpoena was consistent with the privileges and rights of the House but that compliance with the testimonial aspect of the subpoena was not consistent with the privileges and rights of the House.
