Mr. Cohen asked unanimous consent that when the House adjourns on Wednesday, January 28, 2009, it adjourn to meet at 9 a.m. on Friday, January 30, 2009, unless it sooner has received a message from the Senate transmitting its concurrence in the House Concurrent Resolution 26, in which case the House shall stand adjourned pursuant to that concurrent resolution.
