Pursuant to Rule VIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives, Congressman Visclosky notified the House that his offices has been served with two grand jury subpoenas for documents issued by the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and that after consultation with counsel, he will make the determination required by rule VIII.

The House received a communication from Charles E. Brimmer, Chief of Staff, Office of Rep. Peter J. Visclosky. Pursuant to Rule VIII of the Rules of the House of the House of Representatives, Mr. Brimmer notified the House that he had been served with a grand jury subpoena for documents issued by the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and that after consultation with counsel, he will make the determinations required by rule VIII.
