Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence - Pursuant to clause 11 of rule 10, clause 11 of rule 11, and the order of the House of January 6, 2009 the Speaker appointed the following member of the House to the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence: Mr. King of NY .
The House received a communication from the Honorable Mr. Kline (MN) . Mr. Kline (MN) submitted his resignation from the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. The resignation was accepted without objection.
The House received a message from the Senate. The Senate passed S. 1358 and agreed to S. Con. Res. 31 . Copy of Certification Papers for Samuel B. Kent
