UNFINISHED BUSINESS - The Chair announced that the unfinished business was the question of ordering the previous question and adoption of H.Res. 799, if ordered and on motions to suspend the rules which had been debated earlier and on which further proceedings had been postponed.

The House convened, returning from a recess continuing the legislative day of October 7.

Ms. Foxx demanded the yeas and nays and the Chair postponed further proceedings on ordering the previous question until a time to be announced.
