The House received a communication from the Honorable John L. Mica. Chairman Mica notified the House that on September 8, 2011, pursuant to section 3307 of Title 40, United States Code, the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure met in open session to consider resolutions to authorize five lease prospectuses included in the General Services Administration's (GSA) FY2011 Capital Investment and Leasing Program (CILP) and one lease prospectus included in GSA's FY2012 CILP. The Chairman also transmitted copies of the resolutions adopted by the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure on September 8, 2011.
