The Clerk transmitted to the House a copy of the Certificate of Election received from the Honorable Mark Hammond, Secretary of State of South Carolina, indicating that, at the Special Election held on May 7, 2013, the Honorable Mark Sanford was duly elected Representative in Congress for the First Congressional District, State of South Carolina.
