Mr. Miller (FL) moved to suspend the rules and pass the bill, as amended. H.R. 671 — "To amend title 38, United States Code, to improve the disability compensation evaluation procedure of the Secretary of Veterans Affairs for veterans with mental health conditions related to military sexual trauma, and for other purposes."

The House received a message from the Clerk. Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she had received a message from the Secretary of the Senate on June 4, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. stating that that body had passed H.R. 588 with an amendment.
