Spence National Defense Authorization Act of FY 2001 (22 U.S.C. 7002), amended by the Division P of the Consolidated Appropriations Resolution, 2003 (22 U.S.C. 6901), the Minority Leader appointed Ms. Carolyn Bartholomew of Washington, DC and Mr. Jeffrey L. Fiedler of Great Falls, VA to the United States-China Economic and Security Review Commission.

The House received a communication from The Honorable Bill Shuster, Chairman, Committee on Transport ation and Infrastructure.. Mr. Shuster notified the House that on December 4, 2013, the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure met in open session to consider resolutions to authorize five lease prospectuses included in the General Services Administration's FY2011 and FY2014 Capital Investment and Leasing Programs and transmitted copies of the adopted resolutions.
