The House received a communication from Rosa L. Delauro, Member of Congress. Pursuant to Rule VIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives, Congresswoman DeLauro notified the House that she had received a subpoena, issued by the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, purporting to require she produce certain documents, some of which relate to official functions, and appear to testify at a deposition on similar matters in a particular civil case. She will make the determination required by Rule VIII, after consultation with the Office of General Counsel.
