The House received a communication from the Honorable Bill Shuster, Chairman, Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure. Mr. Shuster notified the House that on March 13, 2014, the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure met in open session to consider resolutions to authorize 14 prospectuses, including three leases, ten alteration projects, a one project design, included in the General Services Administration's FY2013 and FY2014 Capital Investment and Leasing Programs and transmitted copies of the adopted resolutions.

The House received a communication from Christa Mecadon, Constituent Caseworker for the Honorable Matt Cartwright. Pursuant to Rule VIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives, Ms. Mecadon notified the House that she had been served with a subpoena issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, County of Luzerne, for testimony in a criminal case and that after consultation with the Office of General Counsel, she had determined that compliance with the subpoena was consistent with the precedents and privileges of the House.
