The House received a communication from Scott Perry, Member of Congress. Pursuant to Rule VIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives, Congressman Perry notified the House that he had been served with a subpoena, issued by the United States Army, seeking documents for use by the prosecution in a court-martial. After consultation with the Office of General Counsel, he determined that compliance with the subpoena is consistent with the precedents and privileges of the House.
