Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Reprentatives, the Clerk notified the House that she had received the following message from the Secretary of the Senate on May 14, 2015 at 9:49 a.m.: That the Senate passed S. Con. Res. 10, and that appointments had been made to the Boards of Visitors to the U.S. Naval Academy; the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy; the U.S. Air Force Academy; and the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.

The House received a communication from the Honorable Bradley Byrne. Mr. Byrne submitted his resignation from the Committee on Natural Resources. The resignation was accepted without objection.
