Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she had received the following message from the Secretary of the Senate on December 18, 2015 at 12:34 p.m.: That the Senate concurred in the House amendments to the Senate amendment to H.R. 2029; that the Senate passed S. 2425 and H.R. 1321 without amendment.
