Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that the body had received a message from the Secretary of the Senate on December 17, 2020, at 11:54 a.m. stating that that body had agreed to the House amendment to S. 914 and S. 1130; passed S. 1387, S. 2513, S. 3287, S. 5036, H.R. 221, as amended, and H.R. 8810.
