Further consideration of the veto message and the resolution, H.J. Res. 27, is postponed until the legislative day of April 18, 2023. Agreed to without objection.

Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk transmitted a sealed envelope received from the White House on April 6, 2023, at 1:25 p.m., said to contain a message from the President returning, without his approval, H.J. Res. 27.
