Dear Sir/Madam: Please permit me to present my compliments. The unfortunate youths all over Liberia are in need of assistance to meet their educational and other needs. the have abandoned their educational sojurn during and after the 14 years of civil war and are now living miserably with relatives, friends or others who can hardly afford to help them become useful citizen. The Youth Against Conflict for Positive Change(YACPOC)INC. which was established in 2003 is a charitable and service provider organization that seeks to efficiently and effectively assist the so many vulnerable youths who are desirous of going to school in Liberia but do not have the means. Due to the civil war, many youths were forced to bear arms at the expense of their education, many others are parentless and while many parents can not afford to send their children to school due ti high rate of poverty. YACPOC, is to solicit funds from NGO's,PVO'S. institutions, charitable organizations to help organize scholarship programs, workshops, seminars, symposiums, conferences and community development programs to help build the youths capacity for better future. YACPOC, is convince that such assistance can easily or adequately reach the youth through a well composed institution. Against this background, we wish to apprise your institution for a partnership.
