The House received a message from the Senate. The Senate passed S. 1390, H.R. 838, and H.R. 2647 with an amendment; Senate requests a conferece with the House and appointed conferees.
Pursuant to clause 8, rule XX, the Speaker postponed until a time to be announced, the roll call vote on the motion to suspend the rules and agree to H.Res. 496, as amended which was ordered on Tuesday, July 28, 2009.
