The House received a communication from John Mica, Chairman, Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure. Pursuant to section 194 of title 14, United States Code, as Chairman of the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, Mr. Mica notified the House that he was required to designate three Members of the U.S. House of Representatives to serve on the United States Coast Guard Academy Board of Visitors: Mr. Guinta (New Hamshire), Mr. Harris (Maryland), and Mr. Larsen (Washington).
