An amendment, offered by Ms. Lee (CA), to prohibit the use of funds may be used for any account of the Department of Defense in excess of the amount made available for such amount for fiscal year 2008, unless financial statements of the Department for fiscal year 2013 are validated as ready for audit within 180 days after the date of enactment. The accounts that are excluded are 1) Military, reserve, and National Guard personnel accounts and 2) The Defense Health Program account.
