The House received a communication from the Honorable Bud Shuster. Pursuant to section 3307 of Title 40, United States Code, Mr. Shuster notified the House that the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure met in open session to consider resolutions to authorize two prospectuses, including one construction prospectus and one alteration prospectus included in the General Services Administration's FY 2014 and FY 2015 Capital Investment Leasing programs. Copies of the resolutions adopted by the Committee on Transportation and Infrastucture on April 30, 2015 are enclosed.

The House received a communication from Genevieve Dejean, Constituent Services Specialist. Pursuant to Rule VIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives, Ms. Dejean notified the House that she had been served with a grand jury subpoena for testimony issued by the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois and that she had determined that compliance with the subpoena was consistent with the privileges and rights of the House.

The House received a communication from Margarita Almanza. Pursuant to Rule VIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives, Ms. Almanza notified the House that she had been served with a grand jury subpoena for testimony issued by the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois and that after consultation with counsel, she will make the determinations required by Rule VIII.
