QUESTION OF PRIVILEGES OF THE HOUSE - Mr. Flake rose to a question of the privileges of the House and offered a resolution. The Chair directed the Clerk to report the resolution. The Clerk completed the reading of H.Res. 265 and the Chair announced that the resolution met the required threshold under the rule.

POSTPONED PROCEEDINGS - At the conclusion of debate on H.Res. 257, the Chair put the question on ordering the previous question, and by voice vote announced that the yeas had prevailed. Mr. Lincoln Diaz Balart (FL) demanded the yeas and nays and the Chair postponed further proceedings until later in the legislative day.
