The House received a communication from Travis Loudermilk, Field Representative for the Honorable Tom Graves. Pursuant to Rule VIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives, Mr. Loudermilk notified the House that he had been served with a subpoena, issued by the State of Georgia Superior Court, County of Walker, for witness testimony, and that after consultation with the Office of General Counsel, he had determined that compliance with the subpoena was consistent with the privileges and rights of the House.
