Res. 30 in the House if called up by the chair of the Committee on Foreign Affairs or his designee; that the concurrent resolution be considered as read; that the previous question be considered as read; that the previous question be considered as ordered on the concurrent resolution to adoption without intervening motion except for 80 minutes of debate with 20 minutes controlled by Representative McCaul of Texas, 20 minutes controlled by Representative Meeks of New York, and 40 minutes controlled by Representative Gaetz of Florida or their respective designees.
