    Philip Grone, a former deputy staff director of the House Armed Services Committee and later a deputy assistant secretary of defense in President George W. Bush's administration, has swung through the revolving door. Earlier this year, he opened his own firm, Findlay and Western Strategies LLC (the corners of Findlay and Western streets is where the old Cincinnati Reds stadium once stood). And now he has registered his first client, United Technologies Corp.
