  Joel Leftwich took a salary bump when he left the employ of Sen. Pat Roberts (R-Kan.) in early October 2010 for Dupont. But then the legislative-assistant-turned-government-affairs manager changed his mind and headed back for the Hill only 10 weeks later as minority deputy director of the Senate Agriculture Committee. His ultra-short spin through the revolving door earned him $29,621.
