Former floor director lobbying for S-3

House Whip Steve Scalise's (R-La.) former floor director has started at his first lobbying gig.

Matt Bravo is now principal at S-3 Group, a boutique lobbying firm. Bravo had worked on the Hill since 2006 and as floor director since 2016. He previously worked for the House Energy and Commerce Committee and in leadership offices under former Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Va.). Bravo’s first federal client is the American Chemistry Council.

S-3 brought in more in $6.3 million in federal lobbying revenue last year from big-name clients including Google, General Motors and the National Rifle Association.
