All 2010 Senate financial disclosures available at LegiStorm

Posted by LegiStorm on June 16, 2010

The Senate released financial disclosures for all senators today in paper format. LegiStorm has scanned them all in and put them online.

Not every senator filed a disclosure. Sens. Mark Begich (D-Ak.), Robert Bennett (R-Utah), Sam Brownback (R-Kan.), Richard Burr (R-N.C.), Kent Conrad (D-N.D.), Bob Corker (R-Tenn.), Richard Durbin (D-Ill.), Al Franken (D-Minn.), Kay Hagan (D-N.C.), Ted Kaufman (D-Del.), Frank Lautenberg (D-N.J.), Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.), Jim Risch (R-Idaho), Pat Roberts (R-Kan.) and Mark Udall (D-Colo.) all requested and received extensions from the Senate Ethics Committee and have not filed as of yet.

2010 financial disclosures for all Senate staff were released weeks earlier and LegiStorm has all those available online as of now.

We are now putting up all members of the House and should have all online within about an hour. We will update our blog at that time. House staff disclosures were released today as well but those will take at least a week to collect and get online.

ADDITION: Sens. Mark Warner (D-Va.), Jim Webb (D-Va.) and Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.) also have not filed and were granted extensions. We publish all such extension letters on our site on the senators' personal financial disclosure tabs.

CORRECTION: The Senate's list of extensions included people who received extensions but have filed as of this time. So we do currently have 2010 filings for Sens. Brownback, Burr, Kaufman, Roberts, Sanders and Udall.
