The House received a communication from Alisha Perkins,
Office of Rep. Doolittle. Pursuant to Rule VIII of the Rules
of the House of Representatives, Ms. Perkins notified the
House that she had been served with a grand jury subpoena
issued by the U.S. District Court for the District of
Columbia for testimony and that after consultation with her
attorney, she will make determinations required by rule
VIII.
