UNFINISHED BUSINESS - The Chair announced that the unfinished business was the question of adoption of H.Res. 636 and H.Res. 637, both of which had been debated earlier and on which further proceedings had been postponed.

POSTPONED PROCEEDINGS - At the conclusion of debate on H.Res. 637, the Chair put the question of agreeing to the resolution and by voice vote, announced that the ayes had prevailed. Mr. Lincoln Diaz-Balart demanded the yeas and nays and the Chair postponed further proceedings on the question of agreeing to the resolution until later in the legislative day.

The previous question was ordered without objection.
