The Clerk notified the House that she received a letter from the Honorable Jennifer Brunner, Secretary of State, the State of Ohio, indicating that, according to the unofficial returns of the Special Election held December 11, 2007, the Honorable Robert E. Latta was elected Representative to Congress for the Fifth Congressional District, State of Ohio.
