UNFINISHED BUSINESS - The Chair announced that the unfinished business was the question of adoption of two motions to suspend the rules and ordering the previous question on H.Res. 873 all of which had been debated earlier and on which further proceedings had been postponed.
Mr. McGovern filed reports from the Committee on Rules, on measures H. Res. 876, H. Res. 877, and H. Res. 878.

POSTPONED PROCEEDINGS - At the conclusion of debate on H.Res. 873, the Chair put the question on ordering the previous question and by voice vote, announced the ayes had prevailed. Mr. Lincoln Diaz-Balart demanded the yeas and nays and the Chair postponed further proceedings on ordering the previous question until later in the legislative day.
